As of January 7, 2024, fees for visits (in-person or virtual) for those paying by card with be due one business day prior to your appointment. If you wish to pay by check or cash, then you may pay at your appointment. Please put your up to date credit/debit/HSA/FSA card information in the portal prior to your appointment.
Initial Visit (75 minutes) $450
Follow-up Visit (60 minutes) $250
